1. Introduction

Welcome to Free Music Mixing. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. The service is provided by Luis Merces, based in Portugal.

2. Description of Service

Free Music Mixing offers a free service where users can submit their music stems via a link from file-sharing services like WeTransfer. We will mix the stems into a final MP3 and WAV track. If the song includes vocals, we will also provide a TV mix without the vocals. Users can request up to 5 mixes.

3. User Obligations

By using the service, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information, including your first and last name and email address.
Warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to submit the music stems and that they do not infringe on any third-party rights.
Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Be at least 13 years old.
4. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the music stems you submit and the final mixed tracks. By submitting the stems, you grant Free Music Mixing a limited, non-exclusive license to use the stems solely for the purpose of mixing them and delivering the final tracks to you.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

We collect your first and last name and email address to register you, communicate with you, and send the final mixes. Your data is stored securely and not shared with third parties. We retain your personal data for 5 years after your last submission. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing [email protected].

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as-is” without any warranties. Free Music Mixing is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, intellectual property disputes, or failure to deliver the final mixes. As the service is free, we do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or timeliness of the mixes.

7. Third-Party Services

Users are responsible for uploading their music stems to third-party file-sharing services and providing a valid link. Free Music Mixing is not responsible for any issues related to the use of these third-party services.

8. Termination

You can request the deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Portugal. By using the service, you agree to this jurisdiction.
